As an urban developer, we have a major responsibility. That is why we build with care for you and the environment. We environmentally-certify our housing, which ensures that your home stands for a healthy and sustainable living environment.

Magnolia Bostad focuses on housing. It must be well thought out and effective on the inside so that people can thrive and afford to live there. At the same time, our projects must have an attractive exterior with contemporary architecture and well-designed, safe, outdoor environments.

A home should be a place where you feel safe. That is why we always have the security aspect in mind when we develop new housing projects. Among others, we follow BoTryggt2030 – a handbook for planning safe and secure urban environments.

Magnolia Bostad is a committed local force in the areas where we develop housing. For example, we support girls’ and women’s soccer, to create natural forums for equality, diversity and integration in a context that also encourages physical activity, good health and meaningful leisure. Today we support about thirty football clubs around Sweden.

Ownershift, a politically independent think tank that works to change society’s power structures through greater female ownership. Magnolia Bostad has been a sponsor since the think tank was founded in 2018.

The Min Stora Dag (My Big Day) Foundation fulfills wishes and creates important breaks for children and young people with serious illnesses and diagnoses.

The HerHouse Foundation supports, promotes, and strengthens the health of women and children through various initiatives in society. The purpose and goal are to place the well-being of the target group in focus through knowledge of women and children’s vulnerability.

Our work is guided by a holistic view where the business is run in a way that promotes long-term, sustainable, social development.
