A completely new district is emerging in Väsjön with the vision of creating a small-scale, varied and close-to-nature urban environment. There will be schools, nursery schools, shops and every conceivable service – everything to make life’s everyday puzzle easier. The close-to-nature location between Törnskogen and Rösjöskogen nature reserves provides unique conditions for an active everyday life. Orienteering, walking, cycling, playing tennis – or why not ski down Väsjöbacken? Within walking distance are Lakes Fjäturen, Snuggan and Rösjön. But it is Väsjön that is the heart of the area with squares, parkways and beach promenades.
In the Ekosystem district, we are building rental accommodation and terraced houses with architecture that is elegant, stylish and timeless. A majority of the district will be built in wood and create a warm, inviting feeling. There are also plans for a grocery store on the ground floor of one of the buildings. the terraced houses consist of three floors with a private terrace at the top, as well as front yard land facing the pedestrian street outside. The variety of apartments and terraced houses makes the neighborhood feel more small-scale and homely.
